Vastu Shastra is an ancient vedic Indian science of building construction art. It is a science of higher dimensions. In other words vastu shastra  is an ancient Indian science of architecture. Vastu is a word of Sanskrit means a place of residence and work. Place means that place which gives you happiness, good health, peace of mind, prosperity and wealth. And Shastra means study. Vastu is a scientific method to design or correct buildings. Literally Vastu means building and Shastra means  study, " A  structure with walls and a roof such as a house, shop, factory make after study "

Religious factor of vastu

Vastu art of construction not only a scientific but also religious. Some how, we all are attached with vastu principal. That's  why, we all worship the land before any type the construction work and worship of God at the time of entering in a new building as per own religion. We worship Lord Vishivkarma as the God of architecture.

Five Elements - Water, Air, Earth, Fire, Sky

All things of world are made from these five elements. Physics also prove it. The existence of the World is based on five elements, without any element world will be destroyed. Same as Human body is made from five elements. Some time, we are suffering from fever, so fire element increased in our body that means our body is imbalance. Lack of air element in Human body difficult in breathing. Same as imbalance of any element in building creates vastu faults. That type building does never give positive results.
